Johannes Stärk
Johannes Stärk is a management trainer and career coach specialising in personnel selection and leadership. His consulting company, Intertrainment, is a leader in the assessment centre field. Since 2001, he has prepared more than 10,000 candidates for assessment centre success. Thanks to his experience as an assessment centre developer, moderator and observer, he is highly qualified to speak and write from the assessor perspective.
