Adam Garfein, co-founder of Menawat & Co., is an acknowledged authority on operational and business transformation, profit improvement, and execution. He is co-innovator of Profit Mapping and Predictive Operational Analytics. His extensive experience spans many industries, including automotive, telecommunications, medical devices, oil and gas, alternative energy, software, government, construction management, and others.

Dr. Garfein is a proponent of holistic thinking, integrated dynamic analysis, and decisive action. He helps organizations unmask hidden potential, reduce operational cost and risk, enhance operational excellence, create new sources of profitable revenue growth, and align technology to business needs to create the best possible environments for success.

Dr. Garfein earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Southern California, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies, focusing on Gerontology, from the Pennsylvania State University. His training as a research scientist provided the foundation for his systems-analytic approach to business improvement and execution.
