Prior to her success as a bestselling author, she had an international corporate career spanning fifteen years. She began publishing her work on Amazon.com for the benefit of her friends, and swiftly went on to become a bestselling author on Amazon under the 'British Detectives' category. Released in January 2013, her first book Murder at Rutherford Hall went straight to the Top Ten, in it's category, where it stayed for 12 weeks straight and then was picked up by print publishers.
