Samantha Ford

Globetrotter Samantha Ford is hard to pin down. She moves between continents when the mood takes her, and although she was brought up in Europe and the Far East, her passion has always been for Africa where she has resided for many years. More recently she has lived in New York City and France but returns to East and Southern Africa as often as she can.

Her novels reflect her interests: people, travel, and the jet-setting antics of the super-rich. The Zanzibar Affair is set in East and Southern Africa, NYC and France.

Like many a novelist, Samantha has sampled many a career, but unlike most, she hit gold in a number of them. Scriptwriting, newsreading, magazine publishing, and above all else, a deep understanding and love of the high-end luxury safari business in Africa which she was involved in for many years.

Her first work of fiction, The Zanzibar Affair, leaves you in no doubt that Samantha has used all her experience of people and places to produce this page turning story of love, passion, betrayal and hope.
