Ellen Dawn Benefield

Ellen Dawn Benefield (www.fantasy-science-fiction-romance-ohmy.com)has had stories published in Computer Edge, Millennium Science Fiction and Fantasy Magazine and the Wyrd Wravings Anthology of Funny Speculative Fiction. She has also taken 5 Honorable Mentions in the Writers of the Future Contest. She is a member of SFWA and is currently working on a Paranormal romance as well as polishing a Funny Fantasy novel. Ellen is an eclectic individual who has trained horses,raised Shelties, taught riding and dancing including ethnic folk and belly dancing. She has been seen on panels at Conjecture and teaching dance at Con-Dor--San Diego's Science Fiction Cons also dancing onstage with her husband at the Del Mar Fair, Balboa Park, San Diego Safari Park and local t.v. shows as well as prowling the Escondido Renaissance Fairs. Ellen is married and resides with her husband and too many pets in San Diego. "Lost Among The Stars" is her first novel with Amazon although the Wyrds Wravings anthology is still resold and "Suki" remains a popular story even out of print.
