Hrach Beglaryan

Hrach Beglaryan was born in Lernavan village of Lori region, in 1956. After having finished school there he pursued his studies in Yerevan State Pedagogical Institute after Kh. Abovyan, the faculty of History. Having graduated from the Institute, he joined postgraduate course in the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography of AS RA. H. Beglaryan is a candidate of history science.

He has been writing since childhood. And his poems were published in “Pioneer’s call” and “Lusardzak” periodicals during his school years, later they were also published in “Avangard” and “Garun” periodicals.

He has published 10 books, five of which are literary. Besides these books he has published tens of stories, scientific and journalistic articles in media. His prose works have been translated into Russian, English, French and other languages.
