Nicolas Charbit

Nicolas Charbit has been practising in the field of competition law for more than 15 years, with strong emphasis on public sector and regulated sectors. He has been advising and representing companies before the EU and French competition authorities and courts. He has been regularly writing for French and international legal journals and teaching these topics at University Panthéon-Sorbonne and EDHEC Business School. He has published several books and papers on EC and French competition law applied to the public sector.

Nicolas is the CEO of the Institute of Competition Law, an independent transatlantic think-tank and a publisher specialized in antitrust. Nicolas is the Chief Editor of Concurrences Journal, an academic peer-reviewed quarterly journal, and e-Competitions, a bi-monthly bulletin reporting antitrust cases around the world.
