Rafael dos Santos is a Brazilian entrepreneur who moved to London in 2001 after living in Sao Paulo – one of the world’s largest cities. In London, he started out doing menial jobs to pay his way in. Rafael decided to turn his experience in living in flatshares into a property business. In 2005 he launched londonup.com, a small business that manages and lets rooms in flatshares.

A savvy online marketeer and passionate traveler, Rafael has visited more than 200 cities in 30 different countries, meeting the most amazing people along the way and developing great knowledge about different cultures.

The core values of Rafael’s life are: community, integrity and excellence – which he applies to his personal life and businesses. Rafael wrote a book ‘Moving Abroad – one step at a time‘ which is dedicated to helping people who are going to another country.
