Max says, 'It's said that everyone has a book inside them...I've wanted to write mine since I was seventeen. It took a long time...

My debut novel, The Sister, hit the UK kindle overall top 100 chart soon after release, peaking at no 81, something I'd never have thought possible, except in my dreams.

The second book, The Life and Times of William Boule, is an action, adventure, crime thriller, and follows the lives of several characters introduced in The Sister.

Written as a stand-alone episode, you don't have to have read the earlier book to enjoy it. Released in the late summer of 2014, I'm pleased to say it's been well received, gaining some good reviews.

Currently, I'm working on a third novel, an expansion of the short story, Don't Turn on The Light. (Available late February 2015).

Other work in the pipeline, another three Miller stories, The Man in Brown, Finding Her and The Resurrectionists, plus the foreword and epilogue for my father's memoirs, Goodbye Poland. A Polish war veteran, he fought for our freedom during WWII, serving in Iran, Iraq, Palestine and Egypt, then the Italian campaign, most notably the battle for Monte Cassino.

Sadly, he died suddenly on November 5, 2014 at the age of ninety-one, without seeing the book published.'
