Abdallah Nacereddine

Né dans les montagnes isolées d’Algérie, Abdallah Nacereddine ne connaissait que le dialecte berbère régional jusqu’à l’âge de 13 ans, au moment où il a quitté la maison pour aller à l’école primaire française dans un village proche. Ensuite, il a étudié l’arabe dans la ville de Constantine. Il a appris l’anglais tout seul. Adoptant le monde comme patrie, il a voyagé pendant des années et a vécu, entre autres, en Tunisie, Grèce, Egypte, France, Allemagne, aux Etats-Unis et au Japon. Il s’est établi finalement à Genève, Suisse, en 1976. Il a enseigné l’arabe aux Nations Unies de 1976 jusqu’à son départ à la retraite en 1999. From the remote mountains of Algeria where he was born to Switzerland, where he lives today, Abdallah Nacereddine has spent his lifetime traveling and lived in many European countries, Asia and the U.S. He was a teacher of Arabic at the United Nations, Geneva, from September 1976 to March 1999. Previously he did all kinds of jobs, while traveling for 25 years, from one city, one country or from one continent to another, and, at the same time, studying by himself. Self-taught, with little formal schooling, he has always taught somewhere, sometime or another, as he started to teach the Holy Koran to children of his own age, or younger or older, when he was only twelve years old, after he had learned it himself by heart. ولد عبد الله ناصر الدين في‮ ‬المناطق الجبلية الجزائرية المعزولة،‮ ‬ولم‮ ‬يكن إلى‮ ‬غاية سن الثالثة عشرة‮ ‬يتكلم سوى اللغة البربرية التي‮ ‬صاحبته إلى حين مغادرته البيت للالتحاق بالمدرسة الابتدائية الفرنسية في‮ ‬القرية المجاورة‮. ‬وكان قد أكمل حفظه للقرآن الكريم‮. ‬بعد ذلك درس اللغة العربية والفقه في‮ ‬مدينة قسنطينة‮. ‬وبالاعتماد على قدراته الشخصية تعلم اللغة الإنكليزية‮. ‬وقد تبنى العالم بأكمله وطنا له وسافر خلال سنوات عديدة وتنقل بين تونس ومصر واليونان وفرنسا وألمانيا والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية واليابان‮. ‬وفي‮ ‬آخر المطاف استقرت به الإقامة في‮ ‬مدينة جنيف في‮ ‬سويسرا عام‮ ‬1976م‮. ‬قام بتدريس اللغة العربية في‮ ‬منظمة الأمم المتحدة من‮ ‬1976‮ ‬إلى‮ ‬غاية‮ ‬تقاعده عام‮ ‬1999م‮.
