Aylen Montenegro

AYLEN MONTENEGRO is not your typical career author who writes theoretically about Real Estate. On any given day, you can find her whispering lockboxes open or negotiating showing instructions with the Florida wildlife.

She is a working Real Estate Consultant with over 15 years of experience in South Florida, helping clients make great home buying and selling decisions.

And not content with simply working in Real Estate, Aylen has taken to being an author and has written several titles on the topic of Buying and Selling Homes.

Aylen lives in Miami, and when not in front of the computer, you can find her exploring new projects around the city or fishing.

Her blog, at www.realestateinstructables.com, is a great way to keep up with her latest projects.
