2001. Col d’Irshad Whakan depuis Sust. Traversée Bogharmang Khagan Panjul 4000m, Hazara.

2003. traversée Kalam,( Swat) Mastuj ( Chitral) col Kachichani (4900m).

2003. Traversée en véhicule de la vallée de Kunar ,( Afghanistan).

2004.Traversée Kalam( Swat) Dassu( Indus) par col Abamgal( 4200m) par Kandia.

2006-2007. 6 mois au Pakistan ( Chapali Barsat trek avec locaux) .1 livre et 1 Diaporama : » Au cœur du volcan ».

2007-2008. Une traversée en 75 jours du Népal au Pakistan par la Chine .

2008-2009.Un séjour de 3 mois en hiver au Népal, ( Kali Gandaki, Langtang, Solo Khumbu au Kalapatar).

2009-2010. Un voyage solitaire en hiver de 75 jours à travers l’Inde et le Népal,( Gharwal, Solo Khumbu Gokio Thamé,Gorakhpur, Rajasthan, Agra),

2011-2012 un voyage au Népal Pokhara, Marsyandi, Khumbu, Pharphing.

2012-2013 : un périple au Rajasthan ( un article écrit) Montée camp base Annapuna.

2013-2014 : 2 mois Népal en hiver : Mustang Torong La (5416m) Vallée Everest .

2014-2015 : 2mois au Népal avant le grand tremblement de terre . Mustang, Pokhara , Khumbu Chitwan .

2015-2016: séjour Népal trek Rungi La pour Noël .Pokhara, trek seule vallée Annapurna jusqu’à Chomrung .

2016-2017: un périple seule à travers le Bengale de l'ouest, le Sikkim et le Kerala en Inde( un livre en préparation).
