Htay Win

Born in Sinthe village, Ponnagyun township, Rakhine state also known as Arakan, Myanmar, I graduated from Yangon University of Distance Education with a degree in Psychology in 2002. I studied Rakhine and Myanmar cultures and ancient heritages as an independent researcher and a tour guide. I write the articles for the global new light of Myanmar, the state-run English newspaper, as an independent columnist.
