Crystal is CEO and Founder of CJD Consulting Solutions, LLC —a leader in helping organizations create new conversations to achieve organizational goals and inspire meaningful change. Using Servant Leadership as a guide, clients define and refine their strategic goals and increase their impact as authentic leaders, thus driving organizational results.

A former grant administrator with the U.S. Department of Education, she has just under three decades of experience in grants administration and management, quality assurance, data collection and performance measurement, evaluation and assessment, and non-profit leadership consulting, which she leverages to help clients engage in meaningful personal and organizational results.

Crystal earned her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communications with a minor in German from Kansas State University, her master’s degree in Human Relations with a minor in Women’s Studies from the University of Oklahoma, and her doctorate degree in Management specializing in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.

Crystal is a member of both the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership and the Servant Leadership Institute. She is a research affiliate with the Center for Workplace Diversity and Inclusion with the University of Phoenix. She has been a global citizen since her teenage years experiencing Germany, Switzerland, France, Amsterdam, and London as a foreign exchange student in the 1980’s.
