Barbara A. Wilson

I have a passion for creativity, which is showing up now in my interests in photography and writing.

When I am not writing or taking photographs, I work as an executive coach, creativity facilitator and trainer. I enjoy supporting people to be their best and as leaders, to engage their team and use creative approaches to developing their business. I firmly believe that if we are engaged in our work, then we become our best.

My path has been fairly traditional. Having started in Human Resource Management in the corporate world, I moved into teaching Psychology and then Organisational behaviour before discovering my passion for creativity. Through studying Creativity in Organisations on the Open University MBA, I moved into teaching and facilitating creativity in organisations using tools and processes that I have discovered and developed further.
