Bharathi Ghanashyam

Bharathi Ghanashyam was born in Pune, Maharashtra, India and grew up with two siblings in defence camps across India. Her father was a decorated bomber pilot in the Indian Air Force and mother, a home-maker. She opted to self-educate after school. She lives with her husband, daughter and an Indiedog in Bengaluru, Southern India. She is an award-winning journalist with an interest in writing on health. Rajammal is her first full-length novel and a dream she nurtured for 20 years.
