Mai Tran

Mai Tran is a Vietnamese, American fitness model, spokes model, entrepreneur, and now, author of the ground breaking book, Active Girls, Healthy Women.

Mai was born in South Vietnam, but after just two years of living in the epicenter of the battle grounds of the Vietnam War, her family decided to flee and head for the United States. There, in the small town of Clinton, Massachusetts, Mai would flourish. She was a straight ‘A’ student, an athletic young girl with a competitive fire that burned like the Olympic torch.

She graduated high school and went on to Boston College where she would continue her academic excellence for 4 years receiving a bachelor’s degree in Biology.

Today, Mai Tran continues to reside in Massachusetts, and remains at the top of her game as the #1 spokesmodel for Cardillo Weight Belts, a fitness guru, representative of a top sports nutrition supplement company, founder and CEO of a pair of successful businesses and Co-Host of Cardillo's World.
