Kapil Kasera has done B. E. (Hons) and MBA in Production & Operation Management. He is Certified Energy Auditor and Energy Manager by Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power, Govt. of India. He also did Courses in Project management, Finance, Renewable energy from IIT- Kanpur, IIM Bangalore, Imperial Collage London.

He has 12 year of Experience in Power and Cement Industry and currently working in E & I Dept in Reputed industrial conglomerate. He previously served in UltraTech Cement Ltd, Aditya Birla Group. He has Cross functional Experience in Industry From green field Project Erection and Commissioning to Operation and Maintenance. His area of interest is Process Control Instrumentation, Plant Automation, Energy Management and Industrial Energy Audit.
