Susan Pollard has 25 years of experience as a Trauma Specialist working in many agencies in several states. She also has ten years of teaching experience. She is a Reiki Master and Holistic Energy Psychology practitioner, with over 18 years of experience using energy psychology (Energy Healing). She believes that using the mind-body connection as well as the spiritual component helps people to heal more quickly. She teaches others to take their power back.

Her newest book "I Hear the Flowers Sing" is the second novel in the Cry for the Children trilogy. The main character Rebecca, who has Multiple Personality Disorder (Dissociative Identity Disorder) and is a psychic intuitive, continues on her journey to hope, healing and love, as the book introduces new characters. The romance between Michael (introduced at the end of "Cry for the Children: Book one") and Rebecca unfolds throughout the story. This is a stand alone book but will make more sense to readers and be more powerful, if they complete each book in order.

Her third book "Cry for the Children" is a novel (the first in a trilogy) about a severely traumatized woman who has to find a way to heal her shattered mind. She is a psychic intuitive who developed Multiple Personality Disorder (Dissociative Identity Disorder) to survive unspeakable trauma. It is a stand alone book, and is the beginning of the Cry for the Children trilogy.

Her second book "Restoring the Broken Threads: Out of Trauma, Into the Light" is based on both professional and personal experiences healing from trauma. It includes poetry and spiritual tools to rid the body of trauma that has become lodged in it.

Her first book "Unlocking the Puzzle of PTSD, A Holistic Guide to Restoring Inner Peace" is a result of her experience in the field. It is a manual and a workbook written from a holistic perspective.
