S Sunder Rajan

The author S. Sunder Rajan spent over 20+ years climbing the corporate ladder in companies like the ANZ Banking Group (IT) and Lehman Brothers India where he was CEO and CIO before realizing life was more than presentations and keeping bosses happy. Post-retirement for 10+ years he was lucky to indulge in his other passion - Teaching. He taught diverse topics such as IT, Project Management, Finance, Risk, Leadership skills at NMIMS, IIM Bangalore and with Silverbrook Learning center. Continuing this happy association with academia he embarked on completing his Doctoral Program (PhD) at the VIT Business School in Behavoural Finance. Along the way having a captive audience in his students meant he could subject them to his first attempt at cartoons and doodles. Emboldened on seeing his students emerge unscathed from this experience he used the time during the lockdown of 2020 to add to his collection covering the frenetic news events of the time. The result was a book of over 90 plus cartoons published on Amazon. Groucho Marx once said this about a budding author “...I’ve just picked up your book and was convulsed with laughter, I really must read it sometime..”. Well, I’ll settle for a chuckle here and there as long as you read the book.
