Furkan Karayel
Furkan Karayel is a multi-award-winning diversity and inclusion keynote speaker and inclusive leadership advisor at Diversein.com. She founded Diversein.com after 10 years of software engineering experience in multinational tech companies in Ireland. Her passion is leveraging women-in-tech leadership. Furkan has been honoured with “Diversity and Inclusion Role Model in Business”, “Speaker of the Year” and “Trailblazer in Women in Tech” awards. Currently, she lectures for the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Master’s programme at Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design + Technology.
