Although Amy has over a decade of experience in corporate America, she has always had a passion for writing and storytelling. While on maternity leave, she adored seeing the relationship between her newborn son and her six-year-old dog, who inspired the characters Finn and Harlow, respectively. 'Harlow Learns He’s Loved' is Amy’s debut children’s book and the first of the 'Harlow the Hedgehog' series. Originally from Long Island, Amy now lives in Basking Ridge, New Jersey with her husband, son, and German Shepherd mix.
