Sandra Lusk

Sandra Lusk is from West Tennessee. She and her husband, Kris, now live on a small farm in Alabama. She grew up in a rural area with a love for animals and first started telling short stories to her children from the point of view of their pets and other animals. She wrote some short stories in college and dreamed of one day writing a children’s book. Fast forward a few years after her first grandchild was born, she realized she didn’t want to put off writing any longer. Sandra is an IT professional, so writing is a welcome diversion where she can express her vivid imagination. She finds inspiration from her surroundings, her grandchildren and the many pets she and Kris have on their farm. Look for "Dudley, You're Not a Poodle" and "Roux and the White Rabbit" at your favorite bookseller.
