Nicholas Allen est à la fois historien et artiste. Il est auteur et co-auteur de nombreux ouvrages universitaires et articles scientifiques accrédités sur divers sujets, notamment l'histoire de l'art, le Nouveau Testament, la littérature apparentée et deutérocanonique, la sindonologie et l'histoire du judaïsme et du christianisme.
