Born in California, and married to a Kansan 40+ years, Laina is a former RN, mother of 4, and LaLa to 5 grandkids. The drug and addiction crisis across our country is a topic that she wants to create some supportive resources for, and make them accessible to people and their families that are on their Treatment and Recovery Journey. When not researching healing, recovery, health, and nutrition modalities she can be found volunteering and serving, reading, writing, traveling, and cooking up mostly healthy meals! She credits her lifelong Faith in God for giving her the new reframe on Life every day.
