Dr. Tanya Hettler

Dr. Tanya Hettler is the Director of the Center for Education Excellence at the Caesar Rodney Institute - a nonprofit, nonpartisan think tank in Newark Delaware. She has written a book about the danger of ocean wind farms to marine life including North Atlantic Right Whales, sea birds and others. These massive wind farms are being proposed along the eastern coast of the United States.
