James Linden Hogg

James Linden Hogg is an American musician, historian, and storyteller. He has recorded five albums in the Celtic and folk genres. His instruments include fiddle, banjo, guitar, piano, bagpipes, mandolin, fife, pennywhistle, and accordion. Hogg has been honored to perform with numerous Grammy-award-winning artists such as Ricky Skaggs, Mark O’Connor, and Rhonda Vincent. He has opened for the late George Jones and a former President. Through his music and writing, Hogg intends to bring the light of the past to today’s generations. He graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts in History.
