My skill set includes 23 years of experience in software development, leadership of small development teams, and process improvement. I hold an MBA and have a recent certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner. I have a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive communication plans for the Department of Defense, the Federal Aviation Administration, and Sonic INC. Through effective guidance and support, I have inspired and empowered individuals to reach their full potential, while driving collective success in both business and personal endeavors.
