Vincent Sturgis

Vincent lives in Michigan with his wife Ashley and three daughters. He currently is a food service director at a local school district and students know him as "Mr. Carrot"

Reason for the book:

"I was looking for a fun children's book for my staff about how they impact students lives, but found out one didn't exist. So I decided to write my own. This book encourages kids to have fun with food and make the most of their lunchtime, while teaching important lessons about the value of a good meal and laughter."
