Welcome to my Author Page and thank you for stopping by.

I grew up in a small village in Dudley, where I still live today. It lies near the border of South Staffordshire, not far from the graceful grounds of Himley Hall; once the ancestral seat of the Earls of Dudley, and a place where King Edward VIII and Wallis Simpson were known to have stayed. It’s a setting rich with quiet history, and perhaps, a touch of lingering enchantment.

Like many of my generation, I didn’t have the opportunity of a formal education; though I was proud to be ‘top of the class’ for several consecutive years. I left school at fifteen and stepped into the wide world, gaining my learning through life itself. Over the years, I worked as a seamstress and later as a sales adviser in a bridal salon, helping others prepare for their own cherished stories.

Yet through it all, one love remained constant; a lifelong passion for books. And now, as I begin writing stories of my own, I hope children will enjoy reading them as much as I’ve loved creating them. My aim is simple: to entertain, to inspire, and to spark the imagination of young minds.

My books are written with care for readers aged 6–8 and beyond; designed to gently bridge the gap between picture books and early chapter books.

They are timeless fairy tales, steeped in myth, woodland magic, and folklore; stories where pointy-eared pixies dance beneath silver leaves, where elf princes and nymph queens hold court in ancient glades, and where mischievous hobgoblins and watchful witches bide their time in the shadows.

These are tales of wonder and gentle adventure; crafted to awaken a love of reading and invite young hearts into realms where anything feels possible.

So if you believe, as I do, in the quiet power of storytelling... all you need to do is turn the page.
