Shelley Alan Gale

Shelley Alan Gale has lived a life rooted in service, sacrifice, and steadfast faith. With over 25 years as a police officer, 23.5 years as a U.S. Coast Guard and Reserve rescue crewman, and 25 years in pastoral ministry, his journey reflects a deep commitment to protecting, guiding, and uplifting others in both their physical and spiritual needs.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Clarks Summit University, as well as a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry from Slidell Baptist Seminary. His academic foundation, combined with decades of frontline experience, gives him a unique and powerful voice—one that speaks with both authority and humility.

He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Dayle, for 55 years. Together, they have raised three children and are blessed with eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren—a legacy that mirrors the enduring strength of their faith and family.

He is currently the pastor of Orovada Community church in Orovada, Nevada.

Why do I use my middle name? Because our son, Jason, married a girl named Shelli. So to differentiate between us, I use my middle name. We are even listed on each other credit report as being the same person.
