Sebastian Roulhac

Sebastian Roulhac is a pastor, author, worship leader, songwriter, and leadership strategist committed to helping people grow in faith, purpose, prayer, and spiritual maturity. He serves as the lead pastor of The Presence House PC in Panama City, Florida, where his ministry is centered on pursuing God, empowering people, creating disciples, and changing the city.

Drawing from his experiences in pastoral ministry, corporate leadership, worship, and family life, Sebastian writes with honesty, biblical depth, and practical wisdom. His published works include 30-Day Prayer Challenge Guide, The 40 Day Devotional: A Journey to Deepen Your Heart of Worship, and The Cost of Passive Leadership: When Leaders Permit What God Never Approved. Each book is designed to challenge readers, strengthen their relationship with God, and equip them to lead with courage, conviction, and accountability.

Sebastian is also the host of Midnight Oil and Releasing the Sound, as well as the recording artist behind “There’s No Place I Would Rather Be.” He is pursuing his Master of Divinity at the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University.
