Sabreena Ghaffar-Siddiqui

Sabreena Ghaffar-Siddiqui is a sociologist who worked at the centre of Canada’s DEI industry before becoming one of its sharpest critics. After advising the public and private sectors, she began exposing DEI as colonial containment. Examining racial capitalism, liberal multiculturalism, and the bureaucratisation of justice, she’s a fearless public scholar who calls for reclaiming justice as liberation, not performance. She now runs a consultancy offering decolonial DEI+J training, anti-racism workshops, keynotes, and leadership coaching.
