Khushboo Shah

I am Dr. Khushboo Shah, an Assistant Professor, researcher, and author with a PhD in Computer Science and over 18 years of experience in academia. My work lies at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and ethical technology.

I am deeply interested in how machines understand human language and how AI can be designed to support human values. My research focuses on practical applications of AI, including social impact systems, grievance analysis, and responsible AI development.

Along with teaching and research, I actively write on AI, technology, and its impact on society. My books aim to make complex ideas simple and accessible, especially for students, educators, and curious readers who want to understand how AI is shaping our world.

I believe technology should not only be powerful but also responsible, ethical, and human-centered. Through my writing, I try to bridge the gap between technical knowledge and real-world understanding.
