S. J. Miller is a father, an auditor, and a survivor of the UK Family Court system. Between 2012 and 2020, he navigated a four-year legal war triggered by false allegations, eventually securing a “Not Found” judgment in the High Court.
Writing under a pseudonym to protect the privacy of his children, Miller’s mission is to expose the administrative “treacle” and financial attrition that defines the modern family law experience. He lives in the UK, where he continues to advocate for a system that prioritizes the biological clock of the child over the administrative clock of the state.
