Ruthann Peace Brown is the founder and CEO of RPB Consulting, a peace‑led advisory firm helping leaders build cultures of compassion and high performance. A former educator in the Greater Cincinnati charter and public schools, with a master’s in curriculum development and implementation, turned multi‑unit Primrose Schools franchise owner. She has spent more than a decade leading teams, opening and turning around schools, and designing systems that make kindness operational, not optional. Her scaffolding proves to be not only profitable and welcomed by her students in the classroom and the staff in her employment, but by business owners looking for a positive ROI as well.
