Jim is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, and storyteller who is most renowned for his guitar and banjo picking. His musical and familial roots are deeply ingrained in Appalachia. Four generations of fiddlers, guitarists, dancers, and singers from the West Virginia and Virginia mountains are proudly claimed by his family.
