D.K. Evans is a Detroit-born author and

storyteller whose debut novel CONTROL

STATE was born from a dream scribbled

down late one night, a dream that sat

buried in his files for over a year before it

became something the world needed to

read. Raised in Michigan and shaped by a

lifelong love of thriller content in every

form, Evans brings a sharp cinematic

instinct to his writing that reflects both his

passion for complex narratives and his

deep curiosity about the human mind.

When he is not writing, Evans can be

found playing guitar, a craft he has

devoted twenty-six years of his life to, or

working in the information technology

sector where precision and problem
