S.O.F.T

Writing under the initials S.O.F.T. to preserve her anonymity and the privacy of those she supports, the author brings a deeply personal perspective to her work. As a member of a minority group who has experienced hardship firsthand, she is passionate about helping others create new opportunities and build meaningful lives. Her experience spans advising small business owners, developing tools that support personal transformation, and guiding people as they pursue purpose and professional growth. After more than 25 years in accounting—rising from entry-level bookkeeper to corporate controller—she wrote her first published book, Becoming a Bookkeeper, inspired by her journey helping her cousin transition from homemaker to professional bookkeeper. Through this book, she shares the same practical, step-by-step approach to remind readers that it is never too late to start over and build something new.
