Rochelle Rice, CSP, AS, is a somatic movement expert, speaker and author based in New York City. A former professional jazz dancer with more than 30 years in the fitness industry, she is the first woman in the world to hold both the Accredited Speaker (AS) designation from Toastmasters International and the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation from the National Speakers Association.
She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master of Arts from New York University. She is also the author of Real Fitness for Real Women and Size Sensitivity Training.
Rochelle delivers keynotes and workshops drawing on decades of experience helping individuals and organizations reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, rebuild self-trust, and make confident decisions in an ever-changing world.
