David H. Crean is the author of Dual Fluency. He is founder and managing partner of Cardiff Advisory, an investment banking M&A firm focused on healthcare and life sciences companies. His career has taken him from scientist to corporate and business development, M&A, investment banking, venture capital and entrepreneurship. Today he advises companies on issues of growth, partnering, and exit while also leading CEO360, a peer-to-peer platform for early stage life sciences companies.

His career over 30 years has evolved because he kept learning, built relationships with people who could help him grow, became comfortable moving into unfamiliar territory and eventually began sharing what he learned with others. Those same ideas now show up throughout his work with Cardiff Advisory, CEO360 and Dual Fluency.
