Jeff JR Anderson is an engineer by trade, a competitor by passion, and a coach and teacher at heart. He sees problems as treasures that require an active, analytical mind to solve and benefit everyone involved. His main goal is to “Maximize,” or optimize, processes to help people achieve their full potential and realize their aspirations.
#1 His main purpose is to develop self-help books on various subjects to help people "Maximize" their potential.
#2 He has an extensive sports background and wants to bring youth sports back to youth, helping kids, parents, and coaches get on the same page. He believes there is a huge disconnect among clubs, coaches, parents, and players. He believes politics and cost have become problems that require a concerted effort to fix.
#3 He wants to help athletes of all sports and ages improve their performance, excel in their games, and have fun.
Having competed in multiple sports—highlighted by a career in semi-professional soccer- he spent decades immersed in the California soccer pipeline as a standout player, coach, parent, and mentor. After guiding players through the high-stakes world of the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) and securing more than 30 college offers, Jeff saw firsthand how messy, confusing, and unforgiving the modern youth sports landscape can be.
Youth sports should be a launchpad for confidence, development, and creativity. Instead, he saw the problems athletes struggled with most, including performance and confidence, and the challenge of truly understanding what it means to be a great athlete in a specific sport. He witnessed first-hand coaches struggling to elevate their players and teams to perform at their best in cohesion. He saw parents grow frustrated and realized there was a bigger problem to solve.
Combining an engineer’s problem-solving mindset, 20 years in management in corporate American, and with a coach’s instinct for human potential, he brings practical, well-articulated solutions rooted in accountability, kindness, and directness, offering an actionable blueprint for success that empowers athletes on and off the field. Jeff has zero patience for outsized egos or self-serving politics; his work is built on accountability, kindness, and direct solutions that empower athletes on and off the field.
When he isn’t breaking down tactical frameworks or writing his next book, you’ll find Jeff on the pickleball court, in the mountains, relaxing on the beach with his dog, Diesel, or spending time with family.
