I was inspired to write my bridge books because I am obsessed and someone needs to explain why we get this excited about 52 pieces of cardboard! All Hands on Deck and Bridge over Doubled Water are about the stories around the table and beyond — the bids, the blunders, the brilliant partners. I wanted to share why this game keeps us coming back: the partnership, the laughter, and the small magic of making a contract with 2 extra tricks! These books are not teaching material and you do not need to be a bridge player to understand them. In fact, they may even put you off the game! The stories in my life in relation to this wonderful game keep on rolling and I look forward to sharing my 3rd offering sometime in the future!
