Misty Megia

Misty Megia is a business strategist, speaker coach, and theatre artist who has spent over 20 years helping leaders turn ideas into impact. She began her career right out of college and into the Silicon Valley, where she built her foundation in tech, leadership, and innovation—years before “startup culture” became a buzzword.

Her signature approach fuses corporate acumen with performance, empowering executives, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals to communicate with clarity, confidence, and power.

She is the founder of Theatre of Public Speaking (ToPS), a global training company that blends acting methodology, executive communication, and behavioral science to help professionals own the room. Misty has led global marketing and education teams at major tech companies—including Intuit, where she helped scale award-winning programs and speaker platforms across the globe.

Named one of Accounting Today’s “Ones to Watch” in its annual Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting list, Misty is also a keynote speaker, author, and associate producer of the feature film A Winter’s Song. Her work bridges creative performance and business leadership, bringing both heart and precision to every project she touches.

Outside of her work, Misty is passionate about designing transformative learning spaces, curating creative retreats, and helping leaders reimagine what’s possible through the lens of performance and purpose.
