Sunpreet Singh Kanda is a Chef, founder and author. Born in Amritsar, India and trained in some of the world's most exacting kitchens, he came to see cooking as a way of paying attention: to fire, to ingredients, to the person across the table.

His work moves between food, philosophy, and the inner life. Whether he is writing about hospitality, solitude, or stillness, the question underneath is the same: how to be fully present to what is in front of us, and to each other.
