Donna Wheeler

Donna Wheeler is a freelance writer and editorial strategist who divides her time between Melbourne, Sydney, Paris and northern Italy.

Over the last ten years she has authored numerous travel titles for Lonely Planet and regularly published on contemporary art, architecture, food and wine on BBC.com, NineMSN, My Art Guides, National Geographic Traveler and in various inflight magazines.

Her early training in painting and sculpture is still a huge influence on how Donna experiences and describes the world. She is a highly creative thinker, obsessive researcher and consummate visual storyteller, whether that be through text or via photographic images, film and video, art direction and styling.
