Dr. Charles Muzi Nsibande, Doctorate research (PhD), MBA, MSc(Property), BSc(Science). Charles is the principal of Bogoje Properties, a private practice. See www.bogoje.co.za for more on the practice. Charles is a chartered Surveyor as well as a chartered Builder.

Charles studied Property, Real Estate and Finance at the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa and at the University of Reading, Henley Business School, United Kingdom.

Charles is married and has two sons.

Charles' hobbies include reading, watching all kind of sports and travelling, visiting exotic, far away and interesting places, whenever time allows.
