Graham Pryor

After a professional life dedicated to the sometimes arcane world of information management, Graham’s focus is now fully upon writing. His latest book, Feuilletage, published in late 2020, is an account of a life that might have been, being an interweaving of actual events with what could have transpired were the conditions of the moment realigned. In the end, it represents the kind of memory that is enjoyed by many older men, where fact and fiction become as one. His next work, entitled Stranger Than Normal, explores the way in which people would react to finding an alien living amongst them, especially if the alien resembled a typical human being. His other works cover a broad range of themes, from the exploits of a sociopathic teenager to an experiment in cryogenics, a dystopian post-Brexit Britain, and a tale of superficial social behaviours in the 1950s. All are available in print or as ebooks. There are also two technical works: Managing Research Data and Delivering Research Data Management Services - Fundamentals of Good Practice, published in 2012 and 2013 respectively.

An ardent proponent of Scottish independence, Graham lives in rural Aberdeenshire where, when he is not writing, he is busy enjoying the countryside with his dog Loki.
