Dick Waters

Dick lives near Phoenix Arizona in the south western part of the United States.

He is retired and lives to write. He has won many very short story competitions and his latest book "2013 Flash Fiction Anthology" contains all of those winning stories including those in 2012 and 2013.

He has five published novels in the Scott Tucker Mystery/Suspense series.

Branded for Murder is fiction but it is based on the real-life Boston Strangler of the 60's. Scott Tucker who is not an investigator, gets involved with a task force when his cousin is the latest strangler's victim.

Serial Separation (book #2) once again has Scott on a task force when hockey players he knew start turning up dismembered.

Scent of Gardenia (book #3) Scott Tucker is asked by one of the saved victims in Branded for Murder to help find out what happened to her brother. He was last seen on the island of Bermuda. Local authorities there are concerned that several rich young men have gone missing on the island, and without any ransom demands they fear the men are being kept.

Fragrance of Revenge (book #4) Scott is asked to conduct an investigation to learn who is blackmailing his girl friend's father. Scott doesn't realize that this investigation will bring him close to an image of his past captivity. Mercedes, his love interest, is going to have her own captivity problems.

Foreplay for Murder (alternate book #4) This book is the same story line as Fragrance of Revenge, but is written for those who found "50 Shades of Grey" an interesting read.

"2013 Flash Fiction Anthology" is his latest book and contains many of his 250 word short-stories including those winning entries during 2012 and 2013.
