Qizhi Chen

Dr Qizhi Chen earned a PhD degree from Imperial College London. She is Reader in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. She has worked for Embryonic Stem Cell group National Heart and Lung Institute London, Center for Tissue Engineering & Regenerative Medicine Imperial College London, Murdoch Medical School Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Biomedical Center Hong Kong University, University of Cambridge, and University of Sci Tech Beijing. She has produced ca. 180 research articles, which have received ca. 6200+ citations with h-index 34. Dr Chen has secured a number of research grant applications of several government research councils, including National Natural Science Foundation (NNSF) China, Hong Kong Research Grants Council (HKRGC), Australian Research Council (ARC), and National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC), totaling more than $4m. Dr Chen also serves as a reviewer or editor for more than 40 journals and an assessor for a number of government research councils, including Australia Research Council, National Health Medicine Research Council (Australia), Netherlands Organisation of Scientific Committee, Medical Research Council (MRC) of United Kingdom and The National Research Agency (France).
